A revamping, if you will, of the 1980's classic horror movie showcase, hosted by Elvira, Mistress of the Dark. While hosting "Don't Look in the Basement," Elvira hears radio reports of a deranged killer on the loose in her neighborhood.

A group of friends spelunking adventure turns into a fight for survival when they become trapped and pursued by a breed of unknown, predatory creatures. As tensions rise claustrophobia sets in and the women must band together to survive.
